Location: Case Menu->Contacts
Contacts Main Screen ![]() Create New Contact To create a new contact, go to the main Contacts screen (Case Menu->Contacts), and click the + in the upper right corner as seen in the image above. Expand the Create section and click on Create New Contact. The Contact Information screen will appear. Input the corresponding information and click Update at the bottom This will save the information as a new contact. ![]() Delete Existing Contact To delete an existing contact, select the Contact from the Contacts Main Screen (Case >Contacts), and then click the trash can icon in the lower right corner of the Contact Information screen. Edit Existing Contact To edit an existing contact, select the Contact from the Contacts Main Screen (Case >Contacts), and then update the necessary information and click "Update" at the bottom of the Contact Information Screen. |
