Nightly Maintenance Window

The Lexbe eDiscovery Platform (LEP) conducts nightly maintenance between the hours of 1:30 am and 3:30 am CT (“Maintenance Window”). This allows LEP to receive the updates required to ensure LEP continues to operate efficiently. During the recurring nightly Maintenance Window, Users may experience a significant delay while working in LEP.

All processes affected during the Maintenance Window

The following processes will be impacted during the Maintenance Window:

  1. Upload documents;
  2. Running a production;
  3. Multi-Doc Updates using Excel;
  4. Creating Briefcases.

Users will not be able to review what was done in any of the above-mentioned processes until the Maintenance Window has closed and processing has completed. Once the Maintenance Window has closed, any processes that have been initiated will continue to run and complete by its respective place in the processing queue.

Specific Effects on Redaction and Annotation Editors

Redaction and Annotation are priority processing steps and will process during the maintenance window as normal.
