General

Audit Doc Access is used to track documents viewed or downloaded by all users. This feature is only available to Admin Users.

The following user information is recorded in each account and made available in the log:

  • Date and time of access for each document viewed or downloaded;

  • User login email address;

  • Case accessed;

  • Document Title; and

  • Unique Document Id (shown only when the log is exported)

This information is only retained for two months. It can, however, be downloaded if a more lengthy retention period is necessary. The log does not reflect time spent per document or time spent on other pages in the system.

Exporting the Audit Log

Email

The Audit Doc Access Log can be forwarded by email to another party (e.g., an auditor). Click on the vertical ellipsis in the upper right corner and select "Email Report." Enter the recipient's email when prompted and click OK. A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Export to Excel

Click on the vertical ellipsis in the upper right corner and select "Export All Audit Data."
