Payment Terms
Taxes, etc.
With the exception of state sales taxes that Lexbe is required to charge, Lexbe’s fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and a customer is responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. For certain states Lexbe charges and collects required state sales tax.
Payments, Credit Terms
Payments are due on invoicing, net 10 or net 30 from invoice date (usually the last day of a billing month). Once incurred, payment obligations to Lexbe are non-cancellable and all amounts paid are non-refundable.
Some accounts require payment by credit card and maintainance of a valid credit card on file with Lexbe.
Some accounts require, and Lexbe may request at any time for credit security, a cash deposit on an account. A cash deposit is maintained as account security and is not automatically applied to current invoices. The deposit will be applied to the final invoice and any remaining balance returned to the customer. Lexbe may also release or apply the deposit after 12-months of prompt payment, or at another time, in its discretion.
Lexbe may require that customer present an approved purchase order, provide a deposit, prepay for services, or pay with a valid credit card, as a condition to offering or providing any Lexbe Services, if Lexbe in good faith deems it advisable. Delinquent amounts owed are subject to interest at the rate of 1% per month, or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less.
