Client Billing Portal

Overview

Lexbe offers clients a secure accounting portal for billing related matters for Lexbe accounts.  A variety of information is provided through the billing portal including invoices, statements, payments and payment history.

How to obtain user credentials

If you are a contact in the billing/accounting department for a current Lexbe client, please email a portal invite request to accounting@lexbe.com.  Please include:

• • Firm Name

  • First and Last Name

  • Title

  • Email address

  • Phone number

Lexbe’s accounting department will process the request and email an invite with the login credentials.  Please allow up to one business day for request processing.

What can you do in the portal?

Upon receipt of user credentials, the billing portal can be accessed here.

The billing portal offers a snapshot of account information including invoices and payments allowing for hands on account management.  Also in the portal is the option to:

• • Pay invoices

  • Print/download individual invoices

  • Print/download full or specified date range statements

  • Print/download payment history

Accepted Payment Methods

Lexbe currently accepts manual checks or credit card payments from VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
