Self-Upload of Native Files
Location: Case >> Add Case Documents
General
The Add Case Documents page allows for the self-service upload of documents to the case, including the self-upload of native files. The maximum size of the upload batch is limited by the user's Internet connection upload speed, which can sometimes be significantly slower than download speeds. One source to check upload speed is http://www.speedtest.net. If a native upload is ~20 GB or greater, please reach out to Professional Services at support@lexbe.zohodesk.com for assistance.
