Hits View

Location: Search >> Document Viewer >> HITS

General

The Hits tab is located in the upper-left of the Document Viewer. It will include a synopsis of the part of the document that contains a search hit with the hit word highlighted. This tab will only be available in the Document Viewer when opening the document from the Search page. The 'Total Hits' represents the total number of times the search term appears in both the HTML and TEXT tabs.

Click Text to switch to the Text tab and Page to switch to the Page tab for the current page in the hits result.

Navigating between Pages or Documents

Scroll the mouse up and down to see the hits in all the pages of the current document. Use the arrows on the top of the document viewer (center) to move to the next or previous document in the search results.
